We served as prime contractor on this project, completing replacement of the original generator plant (constructed in the 1950s and upgraded in the 1980s). The new generator plant is now one of the most sophisticated of its kind.
 

• 2x 2 megawatt Caterpillar Gensets with provisions for a third

• 4x 4000 amp 277/480 3-phase volt services

• New normal and emergency power infrastructure for the entire facility

• Fourteen miles of conduit within the underground duct banks

• Over 45 miles of cabling installed 67 major cutovers, taking 530 hours of manpower to complete.

• Only 12 minutes of outage time for the facility during the cutovers

​We completed this project in 18 months with delivery in June 2013.
